A curiosity about both the medical and the aesthetic sides of the human form, present from an early age, led him into medicine.
He attended primary school at Kültür College in Antakya and completed middle and high school at Arı College in Ankara, then earned his medical degree from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara. After medical school, he completed his specialty training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University.
During his compulsory service at Zonguldak State Hospital, he performed a large number of successful operations. Enriching his professional development with an international outlook, Dr. Payaslı gained experience at private clinics after returning to Istanbul; following two years of clinical practice in Altunizade, he founded Payaslı Clinic.
02The principle of natural beauty
His aesthetic approach is founded on the principle of "natural beauty." Closely following innovative techniques and specializing in particular in thread lift systems such as CempaLift, he aims for long-lasting rejuvenation, tissue regeneration and a balanced look across the facial features.
Alongside his expertise in facial rejuvenation, he also has substantial experience in body contouring, having performed many successful tummy tucks, combined breast procedures and other body contouring surgeries.
03Passing experience on to young surgeons
Over the years, Dr. Payaslı has passed on his surgical principles, his approach to facial aesthetics and his ethical standards to many young doctors. The young surgeons he has mentored now perform successful operations at different centers, carrying his influence with them. He was a speaker at an international plastic surgery congress held in Kuwait, and has completed advanced hands-on training in the TESSLIFT facial suspension technique.
